Poor quality property

I paid $144 for a room with 1 queen bed. Once in the room which was in the way back of the hotel, I found a live cockroach in the tub, which made my dogs go nuts. I got the thing down the tub drain and noticed mold in a caulking of the shower. Then after using the toilet, water leaked out from under it. It was after 11pm, I was exhausted and opted not to try and find other accommodations. I took my dogs out in the morning to use the “facilities” only to find dogs were provided a muddy strip of land about 3ft wide with multiple shrubs, feces everywhere and empty bag dispensers. I made a complaint at checks out and was told the manager would call me. No one ever did! Completely UNACCEPTABLE!! This was a horrible first experience in traveling with my dogs. Steer clear of this place!! They just do not care!!!
