  Poor location

  not ideal location. Next to apartments on a busy street. Couple of men at playground up to no good. Litter on ground in dog park.

  large fenced in area

  This park isn’t bad the only thing is it’s in a pretty crappy area just like others have mentioned it’s in a park where people are drinking etc. I did see some workers come by and pick up trash and empty out the bins while I was there.

  mud pit

  Park is not well maintained. Always muddy. No one cleans up after their dogs. Every time I’m there, there is a group of people fist fighting or group of people being talked to by the police.

  Happy to find a fenced off-leash park

  I have one dog who isn't safe off-leash unless it's a fenced-in park. I was glad to find a park where I can let him roam without having to worry about him wandering off. The area is a little iffy--there seem to be adults drinking in the park most times I go--but I haven't had any problems. I wish there were more fenced dog parks available in Anchorage.
