    Very confusing

The areas in which we are allowed to hike is very confusing. Unfortunately me and the pooch didn't last long because it was very hot and very little shade. Not a smart decision on my part to go around 3pm. It wasn't crowded at all on this particular Saturday. The one trail we found had A LOT of poop all over the place and not much of a view of the city. I personally didn't like it but I'm also not much of a hiker. The trail in the beginning is flat and starts to decline. So when we headed back it was a bit more difficult because it became an incline. So be aware of that also if you're not much of a hiker.

    Nice Hike great for dogs

We started hiking this trail 4 weeks ago, it's a great 2.96 mile hike of you do the full circle. All of the dogs (and people) we met on the trail have been very nice. Charlie can be a little scared of big dogs so we stayed on leash for the first 2 weeks. All owners were very respectful and he can now walk off leash without being skittish. Highly recommend this for you and your pooch. It's a little stinky at the beginning of the hike but it clears up after the trash bins.
