Beautiful Japanese gardens in Hilo Bay. This is the only canine friendly park in Hilo. Families, fishermen, students and joggers can be seen daily. During the week long Merrie Monarch Festival Hula dancers are there rehearsing for their traditional competition. Plenty of trash cans and clean bathrooms too!
