Potso Dog Park Overview
This neighborhood off-leash dog park is a local favorite. Fully fenced with separate small dog area, shade, benches, and water fountains in-season. Contains the following features: perimeter fencing, double gated entry area, shaded picnic tables, benches, interior perimeter path, and smaller interior fenced area for little dogs and puppies. Effective January 23, 2012
Due to wet weather and muddy conditions, Potso Dog Park open hours have been reduced.
Potso is open Friday @ 3 p.m. to dusk on Sunday. If you're looking for mid-week dog park access, check out Ash Avenue Dog Park or Summerlake Dog Park.

Dog police is right---if you don't have a leash to get your dog to the car (about a 10 foot walk) you will be yelled at. Old people galore telling you how you should act and how your dog should act. If you are not part of their "friendship network" you are made to feel like an outsider. The dog likes this spot but I you will be made to feel uncomfortable.

My dog had a blast but watch out for the oldtimers they do keep a eye on every move you make. Don't pick up pop fast enough; you'll get the evil eye. The Dog Police may even bark at you with out giving you the benefit of the doubt. So glad I don't live near by and have to deal with such strict rules.
