    Not impressed

It was a very small park and every dog we saw was on leash. I can’t imagine letting my dog off leash here- people were picnicking and kids were playing. It wasn’t really geared towards dogs. It’s also very dusty and the path areas were short. It looks like they’re maybe trying to extend it??

    Off Leash Heaven

The culture at Stark is definitely more off-leash than on-leash. Dog owners are very respectful and well mannered dogs are able to run free, for the most part.
