My puppy and I love this park. Sure it may be the smallest off leash dog park in town, but I love having an unobstructed view of my pup at all times. There is a real good group of Dogs and Owners that meet every day in the late afternoon.

If you go in the morning its ok. If you go in the afternoon look out for a husky named ***** and his humans.
The dog starts fights with other dogs and the owners then go after the other dog claiming their dog is innocent. I had to have the cops called on them when the husband hit my dog three times on the head.
Now my dogs are traumatized (our puppy is now running and hiding from new people when he used to run up to any one). I would avoid unless your going in the mornings it used to be a good group there around 10 am. Being a college town theres not many dog parks to go to, and this may be the end of dog park trips for our guys - RachelMore than a year agoAlright but Not Great
The "creek" is more like 2 open drainage ditches full of stale water that the dogs will occasionally get into or drink. The area surrounding the park is good, but the creek/drainage ditches need to finish being covered, as they pose a possible health risk. College Station obviously agreed with this considering the city partially fenced the ditch in. I guess they decided not to finish the job. I'd like to take my dog to the park w/o having to give her a bath every time she gets into that brown, murky water.
