The Shops at Don Mills
The Shops at Don Mills is an outdoor shopping centre with some stores welcoming dogs inside. They even provide water bowls and dog treats. Dogs are not permitted at any of the restaurants or food service areas. Dogs must be leashed at all times and humans must clean up after their pets.

Dogs are allowed at the Shops. City by laws do not allow dogs in restaurants or on their patios.

We just went and walked around outside. We felt funny going into the stores with the dog so I'm not even sure if they are allowed but it served our purpose. We needed to get a snack and use the restroom. Since it was outside, the dog was able to come with us everywhere.

I just phoned them up and they do not allow dogs on their patio.
