To become a member of BringFido.com, click the 'REGISTER NOW' link on the upper right-hand side of the homepage, then follow the instructions on that page. Creating an account will make it easier for you to book a pet friendly hotel in the future and will allow you to access all of your saved reservations and purchase history.
What should I do if I forgot my password?
If you can’t remember your password, you should first click on the 'SIGN IN' link on the upper right-hand side of the homepage, then click on the link that says 'Forgot your password?'. On that page, you'll be able to submit a request to receive your password information via email. If you no longer have access to the email account you signed up with, please email help@bringfido.com for assistance.
How do I change the email address on my account?
To change the email address that your account is under, first sign in to your account through the 'SIGN IN' link on the upper right-hand side of the homepage, then click on the link that says 'Change email address' and follow the instructions on that page.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, first sign in to your account through the 'SIGN IN' link on the upper right-hand side of the homepage, then click on the link that says 'Change password' and follow the instructions on that page.
How can I change my billing or shipping address?
To update your billing or shipping address, first sign in to your account through the 'SIGN IN' link on the upper right-hand side of the homepage, then click on the link that says 'Change billing/shipping address' and follow the instructions on that page.
How do I unsubscribe from receiving email?
To unsubscribe from receiving emails from BringFido.com, first sign in to your account through the 'SIGN IN' link on the upper right-hand side of the homepage, then click on the link that says 'Change email preferences' and follow the instructions on that page. To unsubscribe, you can also reply to an email we send you and write unsubscribe in the subject line, or follow the link at the bottom of the email to unsubscribe automatically.
How do I search for pet friendly hotels?
Searching for pet friendly hotels is easy on BringFido.com. To start your search, enter your destination, travel dates, and number of travelers in the search box on the homepage and click 'Go Fetch'. To search for a specific hotel, a hotel near an address, or a hotel with a certain type of pet policy, click on the blue 'pet hotels' tab at the top of the homepage. This will take you to our advanced search form where you can enter all sorts of search criteria, like the name of the hotel, the address you want to be near, and the class of hotel. You can even restrict your search to only show hotels that allow multiple dogs per room, hotels that don’t charge a fee for pets, or hotels that don’t have a weight limit, so it’s easy to find a hotel whose pet policy matches your needs.
How do I know if my dog is allowed at a particular hotel?
All hotels listed on BringFido.com are pet friendly, but they may charge an extra fee for your dog or impose restrictions that limit the number, size or type of dogs allowed. Be sure to read the pet policy on the hotel description page before booking a reservation to ensure that you’ll be aware of any fees, and that your dog will be welcome when you arrive.
What should I do if I need more information on a hotel?
If you need more information on a particular hotel, please call them directly. In most cases, you can find the hotel’s email address or phone number on their hotel description page.
How do I make a hotel reservation?
Once you’ve found a hotel you’d like to stay at, reserving a room is easy. Just click the red 'Book it' button next to the room you’d like to reserve on the hotel description page and we’ll walk you through the reservation process. You’ll first be asked to sign-in or register. On the next page, we’ll take your guest and payments details, and ask you to read the hotel policies. Once you hit 'Book it' again on that page, we’ll process your reservation with the hotel in real-time and confirm your reservation on the next page.
Can I make a reservation by phone?
Sorry, but we cannot accept reservations by phone at this time.
How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
We process all reservations with out hotel partners in real-time, so you should receive a confirmation immediately after clicking the 'Book it' button during the reservation process. You will also receive an email confirmation from us. You can also access your saved reservations by clicking the 'MY STUFF' link on the upper right-hand side of the homepage, and then clicking the 'Hotel purchases' link. If your reservation has been confirmed it will appear on that page with the word 'Confirmed' in the status column.
How can I access my saved reservations?
To access your saved reservations, first sign in to your account through the 'SIGN IN' link on the upper right-hand side of the homepage, then click on the link that says 'Hotel purchases'. On that page, you’ll see a list of your upcoming and past hotel reservations, along with your check-in date, the date you made the reservation and the status of the reservation (i.e. whether it is confirmed or cancelled). To get more details on the reservation, click on the name of the destination and you'll be taken to a page with the complete booking details.
Can I cancel my hotel reservation?
Most hotel reservations are not prepaid on BringFido.com, unless the particular hotel you have chosen requires prepayment or a deposit. If the hotel you've selected does require prepayment, we will let you know on the first page of the reservation process. Unless you have booked a prepaid hotel reservation, you will be able cancel your reservation online.
To cancel your non-prepaid hotel reservation, access your account information by clicking the 'My Stuff' link at the top of the homepage. You may be prompted to login if you haven't done so already. Once you've logged in, click on the link that says 'Hotel purchases' and select the reservation you want to change. At the top of the hotel itinerary, there is a link to 'Cancel Reservation'. Click on this link and we will cancel your reservation.

Will there be any additional charges to my hotel bill?
Depending on the hotel you have chosen, taxes may or may not be included. We'll let you know whether or not taxes are additional during the reservation process. If taxes are not included, you can expect them to range from 10-20% of your room rate. They will be added to your bill when you checkout along with any other incidental charges such as pet fees, meals, laundry, mini-bar, telephone calls, and parking.
Do you charge service fees?
BringFido.com doesn't charge service fees on reservations or require you to pay a fee to research pet friendly hotels on our site. In most cases, the hotels listed on our site have agreed to pay us a small commission for each reservation booked through our site. How do I submit a review of a hotel?
To submit a review of a hotel you stayed at recently, click on the blue 'hotel reviews' tab on the homepage and enter the name or location of the hotel in the search form. Once you’ve located the property you stayed at in the search results, click on the 'Submit a Hotel Review' link and you’ll be taken to the hotel review form for that property. How do I submit a dog event?
If you know about or are organizing a dog event that isn’t already on our site, you can let us know about it with our event submission form. To locate the form, click on the blue 'dog events' tab on the homepage. You’ll see a link to submit a dog event at the bottom of that page.
