Created in 2010, Urgent advocates for the thousands of adoptable dogs and cats who are needlessly destroyed each year by Animal Care & Control of New York City (AC&C). http://www.urgentpetsondeathrow.org/ The 5K loop will take you and your well behaved, licensed and leashed dog through a scenic and rustic loop at the recently restored park. Walk on your own, or recruit some friends to form a team! Teams may include between 2-5 members. Team captain must register all team members at time of registration. Children under 13 must be accompanied by a participating adult. Help raise tax-deductable funds, and strut you mutt for Urgent. Fundraise virtually, if you can't attend in person.
