Description
Honoring the Animals (HTA) is a candlelight vigil and animal blessing that is held on National Pet Memorial Day. The International Association of Pet Cemeteries (IAPC) has designated the second Sunday in September as National Pet Memorial Day and HTA is an annual event held in observance of this day.
The event is free, including refreshments and will feature Joey Camen, author of "My Life with Snoopy."
Anyone can memorialize their pet by visiting our website at www.honoringtheanimals.org/addpet.html and adding their pet's name to our program book. We'll mail them a copy regardless of their location, however, we do ask for a $10 donation to help cover our costs.
