Pet Day at the Lacey Community Market

Ask your best friend to bring you the Lacey Community Market - especially if your friend has paws and a waggy tail! In addition to our traditional market vendors (produce, flowers, bakery treats, crafts, and repurposed treasures) Pet Day will feature a wonderful world of entertainment, games, and activities specifically for pets and their families! Among other special events, you’ll see an amazing demo of herding, meet the newest Thurston County Sheriff’s K-9, and take advantage of a low-cost chipping clinic from Animal Services. We'll even have a professional dog groomer on hand to show you how to give your best friend a "make-over". For human kids, we'll have face-painting and Saint Bernard cart rides. All free! Come to watch or be a participant of the day’s fun by entering the free, Pet X- Games with prizes for longest tail, fastest owner/pet relay team, and much, much more! If your family includes a four-legged ball of fur, snap on that leash and get to Huntamer Park for Pet Day!
