Heart & Sole Shelter Walk

The Friends of Somerset Regional Animal Shelter will hosts its first “Heart & Sole Shelter Walk” on September 28, 2014 at Duke Island Park at 191 Old York Road in Bridgewater, NJ. Registrants may start the Walk at any time between 10am and 1pm. The Walk is approximately 3 miles in length and people may walk with or without a dog. Shorter route available. There is no minimum amount walkers must raise; however, the more pledges a walker solicits, the more “goodies” the walker earns. Every registrant who turns in $50 or more in sponsor donations on the day of the event will receive a free T-Shirt*. Each dog that participates will receive a Doggie Bag filled with treats.* Refreshments will be available. In addition, the top fundraiser will receive a $250.00 gift certificate. Walk will be held rain or shine.
