Join the Paris Animal Welfare Society for the Howl-O-Ween 5k Dog Jog and Festival. The event will be held on October 4, 2014. Races begin at 9:30 AM and the festival begins at 11:00 AM. Entry fees are $20 before September 15, 2014 and $25 after. Enter before 9/15/2014 for a Howl-O-Ween event t-shirt! Prizes will be awarded for top 5K finishers (with and without dogs), best costumes, and more! Don't miss this
