Dogs and their two legged friends will want to park their paws in Shannon Springs park on Saturday, Oct. 4.
Friends Fur Change will be holding the second annual Paws in the Park from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Oct. 4 at Shannon Springs Park in Chickasha.
At 3 p.m. there will be a Doggie Costume Contest, giving doggie divas a chance to put their paws up or for spooky spaniels to strut their boo stuff.
In addition to the costume contest there will be all-day dog adoptions, there will be live music by local band, $1.98 and others, a K-9 police dog demo, a dog agility demo, a dog trainer, photos, laser tag, clowns, face painting, a giant bouncy house, a train and multiple vendors.
