This dog friendly event will be held Once a Year from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on October 25, 2014 at H. Spurgeon Cherry (Westside) Pool in Gainesville, FL, US.
Sponsored by City of Gainesville Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs Department.
Admission is $5 or 7+lb bag of dogfood donation and benefits Local animal organizations.

Description
It’s Dog-Gone Fun! Bring your four-legged pal and make a splash! There are plenty of activities for dog lovers of all ages.
Admission: $5 or 7lb+ bag of dog food.
Proof of vaccinations required for entry. Donations at this event benefit the Alachua County Humane Society and other local animal organizations.
Pool Party Features:
• Dogs-Only Swimming & Splash Pad

• Free Dog Baths
Costume Contest at 12:30 PM. Winners announced at 1:00pm and must be present to receive prize.

• Most Creative Dog Costume
• Scariest/Funniest Dog Costume
• Top Dog Grand Prize Costume
Lifeguards will be on duty. Canine life vests are suggested for additional safety.
