Woodinville Pet Kennel Hosts Halloween “Haunted Puppy Town” Family Event All donations to benefit local pet rescue and animal sanctuary organizations On Saturday, October 25, 2014, Cascade Kennels of Woodinville will host a Halloween event for the local community from 3pm to 6pm. The celebration will include a photo costume contest for both pets and their owners, carnival games, a haunted maze, and adoptable and ambassador animals from local rescues, sanctuaries & animal related organizations. Entertainment will include agility demonstrations and lessons by Dogs in Progress and Funquest DogSports, where your dog can test his skills on obstacles including tunnels, A-frames, jumps, and teeter totters. Cascade Kennel’s “Haunted Puppy Town” will also host Seattle Humane Society’s Mobile Adoption Bus – also known as the MaxMobile – a 38-foot bright yellow bus full of adoptable animals. Food will be available from Woodinville’s favorite local taco truck, La Rivera Maya. Admission is free, however donations are suggested. Donations will benefit the Seattle Humane Society, Homeward Pet, Old Dog Haven, Canine Companions for Independence, and other local animal rescue organizations.
