This dog friendly event will be held from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on June 13, 2015 at Municipal Park (13 Acre Park) in Portland, TX, US.

Admission is Free to attend; runner participation fees apply and benefits Building a Portland Dog Park.

Description
A dog-friendly 5K run/walk at the Portland Community Center, benefiting "Barker's" Dog Park. Immediately following the race, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., is the K-9 Karnival, a free pet festival featuring activities such as contests, vendors of pet products and training, live music and entertainment, food vendors, pet adoptions, raffled items and a silent auction.
Dogs are welcome to bring their people as long as they stay on the leash! We haven't got the Dog Park built yet!
