5th Annual 2015 Tail-Waggers Strut

The Tail-Waggers Strut is a dog walk and festival to raise funds to build the first no-kill dog and cat sanctuary for the Bucks County area. Bring your canine friend (or friends) for a scenic four-mile walk through the Shady Brook Farm fields. A 2-mile route is also available. In addition to the walk, both registered walkers and the general public can spend the day enjoying the festival field, including special events and demonstrations from Strut favorites, such as Kruisin' Kanines Agility Club and Lower Makefield K9 Unit. There will also be rescue groups with adoptable animals, vendors, portrait photographers for dogs and their people, canine activities and games, and, of course, food! Youngsters will get special treatment as there will be a Kid's Tent with games, crafts face-painting, and more. Keep your eye out - some of your favorite characters will be making appearances in the tent as well. Terrific prizes will be awarded to the top fundraiser in each category (Team, Family, Adult (ages 18+), Teen (ages 13-17), and Youth (ages 5-12)), including a painted portrait of their pet for the top Adult fundraiser, an Xbox One for the top Teen fundraiser, and more!
