Boca Raton Dog Club Annual AKC Show Enjoy seeing many different breeds of dogs? Boca Raton Dog club will be holding their annual AKC dog show at the South Florida Fair Grounds East Expo Center this coming June 6th and 7th 2015. Have you ever thought of owning a dog or want to compare different types of dogs before owning? This is the place to see them perform. You can come and see them being groomed and prepared for the show ring. Get to talk to the experts about the different breeds and learn about responsible dog ownership. Judging will begin at 8am with Best in Show starting around 3pm both days. Come see our first ever "4 and under 6 month puppy competition" on Saturday at 12 noon and our "owner handled series" on Saturday and Sunday. Our junior handlers ( ages 9 and under 18 yrs) will be competing both days as well. All judging will be indoors under air conditioning with food, raffles and vendors available. Boca Raton Dog Club is a non profit 5013C that raises money to provide oxygen masks for our local Fire Rescue Stations in Broward and Palm Beach counties. The masks can be used for animals of all kinds giving them a much better chance of resuscitation in the event of a fire. All enter at Gate 8.
