Pups In the Park

Join the fun and bring your pet to the Pups in the Park Event! The Pups in the Park Dog Show will entertain you with a wide variety of lively events and activities designed to put a smile on your face as well as Fido's. Enter your pooch in several of the amusing contests such as a dog and owner look-alike contest, a costume contest, a silly trick contest, a cutest dog contest, or the ugliest dog contest. Enjoy demonstrations from dogs trained for search and rescue missions as well as agility. Take advantage of a wide variety of food, pet item vendors, arts and crafts, and entertainment The event is free and open to the public. There is a small fee for entering your dog in competitions, but the Pup Parade is free to all who want to participate. Proceeds from the event benefit the no kill shelter and its volunteers' efforts to find homes for the county's homeless pets.
