PAWS Chicago’s 18th Annual Angels with Tails Gold Coast

PAWS Chicago, the city’s largest No Kill humane organization, along with 8 other local shelter and rescue organizations, will team up to bring the faces of Chicago’s homeless animals to more than 40 stores along Oak Street, Rush Street and Delaware Place. The 18th Annual Angels with Tails Gold Coast, presented by Merrick Pet Care and sponsored by Oak Street Council, is an opportunity to stroll the sidewalks and press your nose against storefront windows to sample the joy a pet can bring to your life. More than 160 homeless puppies, kittens, dogs, and cats will be available for adoption. More than 40 retailers around Oak Street, Rush Street and Delaware Place will offer their storefronts and windows to area animal shelters, rescue groups and PAWS Chicago to promote and adopt out homeless animals that are looking for a home to call their own.
