We’re teaming up with the highly successful Open Streets at Penn Fest to create a pet friendly PET ZONE right in the middle of Penn Avenue in beautiful Richfield, MN. Join us for an afternoon of pet friendly entertainment, coloring contests, pet-related products, dog and cat rescue organizations and so much more!
