Camp Bow Wow's "Working Dogs" Grand Opening and Adoption Event

(July, 9 – Lawrence, IN) – Camp Bow Wow®, the Premier Doggy Day and Overnight Camp® franchise and an Inc 5000 company, is proud to announce it will be hosting a “Working Dogs - We Can Do It” Grand Opening & Adoption Event at its brand new location in Lawrence, IN. All members of the community and surrounding areas are invited to attend on Saturday, August 29th from 10am to 2pm. This family-friendly event will provide an opportunity for local pet owners to experience firsthand the premium pet care services that Camp Bow Wow is known for nationwide. Those in attendance will have the opportunity to meet with adorable and adoptable dogs from local shelters including the Indianapolis Humane Society and the Animal Protection League. Camp Bow Wow staff will be on site offering facility tours, working dog demonstrations, dog training demonstrations, and dog CPR demonstrations. Lawrence’s local fire and police departments will be in attendance providing demonstrations with their drug-sniffing dogs. An hourly raffle will be taking place, where members of the community will have the opportunity to win gift cards to local businesses, such as the Lawrence YMCA and Sports Clips. Additional festivities include a magician, a mobile dog grooming station, balloon animal acts, and local vendors offering specialty dog treats and dog massages.
