Fifth Annual Bark-a-Que

Mark your calendar for Saturday, September 12 —it’s the fifth annual Bark-a-Que! We would like YOU to be part of this fun event at the Village Green in Summit, New Jersey (between Maple & Broad Street)! The Bark-a-Que is your chance to not only support a local dog rescue, but to promote your business, no matter how big or small, by having direct contact with the local community! Last year there were over 3,000 attendees along with their furry friends! It will be a fun-filled day with vendors, games, dog contests, and activities for kids and the whole family. There will be prizes, a raffle, and each family will receive a free doggie goody bag and gift with a $5 donation! The Bark-a-Que welcomes all well-behaved and leashed dogs. The event will be featured on HomeTowne TV, local newspapers and more. The Bark-A-Que welcomes all dog lovers and their dogs. Home for Good Rescue is a non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization based in Summit, New Jersey, with offices in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. We are a volunteer-based organization dedicated to saving dogs from death row in kill shelters. Our adoptable dogs are fostered by local families in the community until they are adopted rather than housed in a kennel atmosphere. Since our inception 5 years ago, we have saved over 3,700 dogs from euthanasia and adopted them to deserving families.
