'Who Let The Dogs Out?' -12th Annual Harbor Town Dog Show and Festival will be a "Groovy 1970's" theme show featuring competitions for "Most Jive" (least obedient), "Most Foxy" (most glamerous), "Most Cool Cat" (best rescue dog), "Most Far Out Treads" (original costume), "Look-A-Like" (twins-owner and dog), "Coolest Trickster" (best trick) and "Best Ride" (best float).
