West Michigan Petapalooza

A long standing community event, West Michigan Petapalooza is approaching it thirteenth year. The event prides itself on raising awareness for surrounding pet adoption organizations in the area, as well as fundraising efforts to help support the K-9 Division of the Holland Police Department. Did you know that the average cost for a single Police Dog on a K-9 unit is over $20,000? Through various sponsorship's, Petapalooza has been able to make a charitable donation of nearly $5,000 in years previous to the Holland K-9 Division. This year we are hoping to double that number. This is where you come in, with close to 7,000 people reached through the event via social media and foot traffic, if every person that participated in this event, donated just one dollar, we would be over halfway to our goal! We are always seeking sponsorship's in the way of monetary donations, donations of services, or donations of goods. With guest appearances from America’s Best Frisbee Dogs, Zeke the WonderDog, and many others, this is an event you surely will not want to miss out on. Let’s not forget all of our furry friends that will be in attendance searching for their Fur-Ever Families. Aside from all the wonderful animals in attendance, slated to be with us are such vendors as: Rainbow International Carpet Cleaning, Green Dog Pet Accessories, Dogs Bay Boarding, and many more!
