Push, pull or carry your furry friend in the most SPOOK-tacular PAWrade of the year. If a FLOAT is your hearse of choice, you can create one from a wagon, baby carriage, dog bed on wheels, anything imaginative - just NOT motorized. Costumed entries are judged on BOTH the pet and the pet's human's costume. Three Prizes will be awarded - One in each category: *Best Float *Best Pet/Owner Costume *Judge's Choice
