Description

Harvest Festival Whitmore Lake Get Rescued 2010 A new and exciting event has come to South East Michigan and we would like you to be a part of it. The third annual Harvest Festival will be held at the North West lot next to the U.S. Post office in Whitmore Lake, Michigan on September 17th, 18th, and 19th 2010. In 2009 we dedicated it to our furry friends big and small with great success. For over ten years we have worked on some of the largest events in the Whitmore Lake Area, Harvest Festival 2008, Coles Brothers Circus as well as other popular community events. Once again in 2010 we will be committed to using our experience to produce an event that helps all homeless animals while having some fun along the way! Our goal is to bring families and pets together. Our event provides a fun and safe environment for pet owners and their pets. We will work side-by-side with all animal rescues to find loving homes for abandoned, abused and neglected animals. If you love pets our event is for you. Harvest Festival 2010 is a three-day family event that will have plenty of activities and entertainment for consumers and their pets to participate. On Friday September 17th we open the event up with our famous Mugs and Mutts Entertainment Tent; we will be hosting a Motorcycle Show with Live Entertainment and D and R Amusement Rides. Saturday September 18th Artist and Crafters, Live Entertainment, Ugly and Cutest Dog Contest, Children’s Activities Zone, Car Show, Hay Rides, Games for all ages, food Court, Animal rescues from around Michigan, Rock-N- Roll K9s and much more. This won’t be your average Harvest Festival, owners will be encouraged to bring their animal’s dress them up in costumes and enjoy the day with your pet and family. If you don’t have a pet there will be plenty on site to adopt. This event takes place on eighteen acres with attractions from around the United States this could possibly be the largest adoption event in Michigan over 52 rescues attended in 2009.Harvest festival will have extensive multi-level sponsorships available that will be promoted through Radio, Newspaper, Palm cards, Direct Mail, e-blast, community organizations, flyers, yard signs and posters in the surrounding communities. Our current media partners include W/4 Country, Ann Arbors 107 One Radio and Livingston County Daily Press and Argus. McDonalds, Labatt’s, The Dog House, 1st National and other local businesses are also helping to insure the success of Harvest Festival Get Rescued 2010. We would love to have your company as an exhibitor or sponsor on-site at the event. If sponsorship is of interest to you, we would customize a sponsorship to suit the needs of your branding initiatives to fit within your allocated budget. Sponsorships range from $600 & up. A 10x10 Exhibitor’s space is only $75.00. All applications are due by August 10, 2010.
