Red Rock Pet Adoption -Red Rose Inspiration for Animals

Our event presented by Red Rose Inspiration is made possible by the Sedona Community Foundation. We will serve everyone in the community interested in animal welfare. It's a large adoption event to help find animals homes and to bring the community together for a day. Open to people of all ages from children to senior citizens. Located at 525 Posse Grounds Road (Posse Grounds Park) from 9:00am to 3:00 pm. It will be an event for any family or individuals looking to adopt an animal and being able to choose the animal of their choice from one central location here in Sedona that will showcase animals from various rescue groups and shelters mostly in Northern Arizona. An event developed with the intent to feature, promote and to educate the public about adopting animals from shelters and rescue organizations and the importance of spay and neuter. All funding generated from the event will go to the spay and neuter fund. "The Red Rock Pet Adoption", this will support local animal rescues/shelters and will be Free of Charge to the public and rescue organizations. The event will include various demonstrations and canine activities that focus on alternative interests in canine involvement such as dog training, agility, and fly ball. We will also have low cost vaccinations and microchipping at the event. We will have animal friendly vendors that will also attend this venue to market and distribute their products as well as talented artists who create pencil drawings of animals, photographers, animal jewelry, healing charms, and memorial candles for the loss of a pet and more. The event will feature a local radio station that will broadcast from the event along with Raffle Drawings and Prizes that run during the event. There will be a pet fashion show and an animal contest with giving ribbons to the winners, a Blessing and Pet Remembrance Moment.
