Licking River Kennel Club, Inc. Is pleased to present FRED HULME “A Common Sense Approach to Competitive Obedience” Seminar August 10 and 11, 2013 Prepare you and your dog to work as a team in the Obedience ring During the 30+ years Fred has been involved in obedience, he and his dogs have amassed nearly 6,000 OTCh points; 300 HIT's and 350 HC's. His dogs, (Dobermans and Goldens), have consistently placed in all of the National Obedience ranking systems and have achieved multiple tournament placements. T. C., Fred's last partner, earned his CDX with two 200 scores, his UD in one weekend and his OTCh four weeks later! Cooper, Fred's current dog, earned his UD to OTCh in six weeks. Fred has represented the USA and AKC at the 2007 International World Cup of Dog obedience, held at the Cruft's Dog show in Birmingham, England. He also served as a member of the 2003 AKC Obedience Advisory Committee. His students' achievements include multiple OTCh's, numerous HIT's and HC's, tournament placings and their dogs have been nationally ranked. Fred will show you how to progress from starting a new dog to training through Utility with a focus on problem solving, handling and enthusiasm. Once you see Fred with his dogs in the ring, you will have witnessed the true meaning of the “utmost in willingness and enjoyment.” Location: Columbus All Breed Training Club, 2164 Williams Road, Columbus, OH. Hours: Saturday 9:00 A. M. - 5 PM Sunday 9:00 A. M. - 4:00 P. M. Cost: $150 Working spot/both days = 1 working slot per person per day or $75 for one day. $90 Auditing spot/both days or $45 for one day. Deadline for working spots is July 17th, 2013.
