A lot of places on Park Avenue (Rochester, NY 14607) have "pet friendly" restaurants. They have outdoor seating so they dont mind if your pet tags along. I have a one yr old bully breed dog and he always comes out to eat with us =) My favorite place in particular is called "Jines".
