travel from USA to Israel with 2 dogs

This is all new to me. We have a large golden retriever mix (weight 67 lbs)and a medium size (80lbs. ) ( yes the smaller dog is fatter)shephard mix. Can they ride the same flight as us an djust be in kennel cages in the cargo area?
