seeking an airline that allows 2 carry-on pets.

hi,

i'm traveling from south korea to the united states and want to find an airline that allows you to bring 2 small pets into the cabin with you (considered carry-on), during the flight. i don't want to take them cargo. does anyone know of an airline who does this?
