Flying Taca from San Jose, Costa Rica to Peru with your dogs? DON'T. They force you to send the dog by cargo, even if on same flight. It took 9 hours of running about to get our dogs out of customs. Other people arriving with their dogs as accompanied baggage were out in less than an hour!!!
