Traveling with my dog to Padre Island.

I will travel with some friends to a hotel where pets are not allowed. Of course we will be most of the time at the beach where I would like to spend time with my dog. Is there a place I can take my dog in the afternoon so he can spend the nights there?

Or… is there another solution you can imagine?
