Flying into Kilimanjaro Int'l in Tanzania with DOG!!

Hello, does anyone know if there my dog will be quarantined on arrival to Tanzania? Also will I have any problems crossing into Kenya to Nairobi with my pet?
The third question I have is if anyone knows of a reputable driver who could drive my husband and I and dog to Nairobi from the airport?
We are not rich nor work for the embassy, so we do need to look for affordable resources.
