relocating to Ft. L area with dogs

Can anyone recommend condos for sale within 3 blocks of the beach that would allow two 43 lb. obedience titled standard poodles? Where are the best places to exercise trained dogs off leash? Are there any ocean swimming beaches that allow dogs in the early morning?
