One passenger flying with 2 small dogs?

HI Everyone- I have one puppy and am considering purchasing a second. I travel a fair amount for work and bring my small, five pound dog without an issue. Does anyone travel by themselves with 2 dogs and are there airlines that are more accommodating? According to this website, it looks like American might be the easiest. Thanks! Arden
