Pet Passport

Hi! I'm traveling to France with my service dog and my pet dog in a few weeks and my first flight is into London, the second into Geneva and then taking the train into France. Do I need separate pet passports for all of those countries? What all do I need to do? I know the requirements for France, but with all of my connections I'm not sure what to do.
