Dog Walk Fundraiser

Looking to find some info on rules and regs for Colorado, on dog walk fundraiser. If anyone knows where I need to go or what all I need, any info would be greatly appreciated. Wings and Warriors is a 501c3 organization that trains service dogs for veterans with PTSD and TBI.
