Mandatory spay and neuter law also applies to tourists

While Las Vegas offers many pet friendly locations to visit, tourists should be warned about the existing mandatory spay and neuter law.
If your pet ends up in the pound for whatever reason, Your pet will be spayed or neutered at pet owners expense before it can be released back to it's owner. Even if you can proof that you are not a resident of Nevada and your state of residence does not have a mandatory spay/neuter law.
So, if your pet get's lost and ends up being dropped off at the pet foundation...
