10.5 h flight from Portland, OR to Germany

Hi everyone,

I am moving back to Germany this summer and try to organize the best flight for me and my little dog right now. Condor offers a non-stop flight from PDX to Germany (10.5 h) and that is the best connection I have found so far. I would like to hear if anybody else has taken their dog on such a long flight? Of course he will be in a carrier under my seat.

The (more expensive) alternative is a stop in NYC and then continue flying the next day. I just think that a non-stop flight might be best...
