Pet Policy regarding villa owners responsibility

We do not have a pet but may consider a Renting a beach villa from owners who lists their villa on your pet-friendly website.

I can not find any information regarding villa owners responsibility to assure that their Villa is free of any infestation, whether it is flees, ticks, or mites a dog may carry. Can you advise??
