1. Good experience at the Hilton

We stayed at the Hilton for three nights June 30- July 3. Check in was a little stressful as they stated you can't leave your dogs alone in the room and if they bark they may ask you to leave if it bothers other guests....etc. We have 2 little dogs and brought their crates. They usually don't bark when they are in their safe place. We left them alone only a few hours at a time and they were fine.
The property is nice and surrounded by trees. There is a nature trail in the back as well as the beach. Bring OFF, there was lots of mosquitos. One drawback was that there were no grassy areas for the dogs to do their business. They had the trail in the back and dried leaves around the parking lot. Are dogs are pretty particular so it was a bit of a problem for us. Dogs aren't allowed on the beach but can go on the nature trail. Room had carpet and tile. Carpet was a little worn but expected with dogs. Pool area had upper and lower decks one for kids and the other for adults. Would stay here again.
