1. I will never book there again!

I had stayed at the grand sierra and had a great time. I travel with my dogs and at the time they were really good to me and my dogs but I had tried to book again and now they tell me that they will not let my dogs stay there because there are too many. When I stayed before they allowed me to stay in a very big suite and I had all three of my dogs there, they even took a $200.00 non refundable cleaning fee which might I add they did not make a mess or anything because they are trained to go potty outside. Much to my disbelief they said that they had searched there e-mails and found an internal e-mail which stated that only two dogs per room. That is a complete false statement. Big mistake because I had spent alot of money there thinking I had finally found a place to return to but was sadly mistaken. Call them before you go there thinking you have a place to stay with your beautiful constant companion. I will never go there again.
