1. poor service
by Jeff of Morehead City, NC
I encountered bad weather during the trip and got no help when I called the hotel. When I arrived I was left standing out in freezing weather until the desk man finished laundry. So overall poor service and a minimally comfortable room. They also charged an extra fee ($10) for each pet I had with me.
