1. Hotel in Billings

When we opened the door to our hotel room, there was a horrible stench, I was unsure if it was urine or smoke. We did not realize until we took off our shoes but outside the bathroom the whole carpet was soaked. And the stench was the water that had not dried. We called the front desk to advise them and they noted this, however when we saw what was noted it only stated bath rug damp, not the whole area. It would have been nice if the front desk person would have come to our room smelled the room realized it should be aired out and placed us in another room. The breakfast they offered the next morning was fine, as well as the pool and check in was quick and the people were friendly, but I would not want to ever sleep in that type of room again.
2. Great Place for Pup

As new puppy owners we needed to have access in the middle of the night to "exercise" the pup. The Clubhouse Inn and Suites had several lower level rooms with outside entrances right across a nice grassy area. They also had inside entrances to these rooms. This exceeded our expectations.
