My wife and I stayed at the Pier Point several times while home hunting in the area. We have put friends up there also. There are wonderful views of the river and Old Town from most rooms. Accommodations are comfortable, there is a good continental breakfast, and it's only minutes to many restaurants. The rates are reasonable.
