1. Not what I ordered

I booked a non smoking king room, but they only have one room that they keep pets in, and it was not clean. I even found a tick on the floor in the bathroom. Add that to the shady characters standing around outside (we thought maybe friends of the guy working the desk?) and a higher pet fee than on the site, and it was a bad experience all around. Stay elsewhere.
